 A regular speaker at conferences in the UK as well as in other parts of Europe & North America, including ECMOD (European Catalogue & Mail Order Days),  Cosmopolitan's Marketing to Women conference and the Canadian Marketing Association convention.

Henry has featured regularly at ECMOD for many years, being one of the speakers at the first ever ECMOD in 1990 and most recently in 2008. Topics have ranged from '21st Century Marketing', to 'How to recruit and retain Direct Marketing staff', to 'The merits of small versus large catalogues'.
